Our accredited team has the knowledge and experience needed to carry out the day to day tasks of your community. We continue to grow professionally with ongoing training, attending seminars and trade shows, and memberships in several organizations. We also ensure that the knowledge of our clients continue to grow by hosting the several seminars throughout the year on a vast array of topics. 4 Star Property Management keeps their focus on hiring and training highly qualified personal to provide service that out rank the competitor.
Meet the Team
Susan Walker Owner/Bookkeeper
Susan Walker is the Owner of 4 Star Property Management. She has been in the industry since 1978. She is a graduate of Northampton High School and Northampton County Community College. She has a Secondary Education Math Teaching Certificate from East Stroudsburg University. She also took additional Accounting and Business Law Classes. She has handled the bookkeeping for 60+ communities/clients at the same time.
Christine Gensey Licensed Property Manager/Realtor
Christine is a licensed property manager with over 10 years of experience. She keeps up to date on all of the classes for her license and learns all of the new laws and regulations.
